· lead cross-functional teams in various project types, such as new product development and life cycle management, from the beginning of feasibility until project closure.

工作职责:

• Define together with Competence Centre (CC) LIMS and local site the “end of project” requirements
• Supervision and follow up of local project planning
• Hands-on support and provision of internal consultancy for local project management
• Regular exchange with and project update to CC LIMS
• Support early validation activities such as gap and risk assessments (GA, RA) ; support of IOPQ by acting as an advisor
• Regular communication with local LIMS team members to show them advanced configuration possibilities via screen sharing
• Develop specific analysis that contain 'simple' LIMS Basic codes when requested to do so by roll out (RO) sites
• Act as a trouble shooter for configuration errors that may be made by local LIMS administrators
• Support training of local LIMS system administrators and end users
• Provide training to local master data administrators and end users after gaining the necessary experience and skills to act as the trainer
• Organize and chair regular follow-up teleconferences (T/cons) with RO sites and facilitate knowledge exchange among the users at the different sites
• Understand site specific processes and provide support for their implementation into LIMS by the local team
• Establish the interfacing of different electronic laboratory instruments to LIMS
• Following the identification of the need for a change by the plant, assist in the preparation of the required change request and other documentation
• Regular exchange with and provide project updates to Global LIMS Project Management
• Participate in regular SME T/cons hosted by the global R/O team
• Direct communication and interaction with LIMS consultants in support of the RO projects
• Create templates and other documentation such as:
• Master data templates
• Compendial methods
• Global product specifications
• User manuals
• Review of global master data templates created by other SMEs
• Participate in advanced LIMS training to improve skills Go-live support (hypercare)/assistance
• Support the development of concepts to optimize the usage and the implementation strategy of the workload of local LIMS teams during and after the LIMS roll out
• Support the development of a more harmonized Global LIMS system and issuing/reviewing global working SOPs/guidelines, working instructions including assessments (eg GA, RA) wherever possible
• Escalate issues in the implementation program to Line Manager
• Comply with GMP/ISO9001、ISO50001、ISO14001、ISO 45001 and other relevant regulations. Safety risk prevention, energy saving and emission reduction, continuous improvement.

• An independent working personality with skills & experience (+ 5 years) in an analytical laboratory and experience in a pharmaceutical company is preferred. University degree in pharmaceutical/biological or chemical science is a requirement.
• Knowledge in computerized systems (e.g. Labware LIMS, SAP,…). Knowledge of basic coding is considered a plus.
• Project management skills to manage a matrix team in different RO sites.
• Open and positive character with excellent communication skills that is able to motivate people.
• Due to the nature of the position the role will involve travel nationally and internationally.

• Fluent in English
